Introduction: Ballistix PC8500 DDR2
Though they have been supplying high performance PC8500 capable memory chips to other well known memory suppliers such as OCZ for a while now, Crucial only recently announced their own Ballistix branded kits capable of running at 1066 mhz. Today, I will be reviewing a 2GB kit of Crucial's "Tracer" series high speed memory. We were very impressed with the PC6400 non-tracer kit we reviewed not too long ago for our Get Ready for Vista Gaming Rig, lets see if Crucial's latest memory modules live up to their already stirling reputation.
